Coldarians are the main species of Coldar, an icy planet in the Milky Way. They have blue skin, and can resist the cold. They are the main species of Coldar and it's moon,Artic. Spectra G. Phantom discovered them in one of his adventures. They were a very advanced people. It is believed that the first Coldarians came from the Uncharted Plains and the Mountain Region.
